How does making $2000 on every top package sale plus $1000 matching roll-up commissions sound to you? That’s right, I said $2000 commissions! Johnny announced on October 26th, 2008 the new pricing structure that will take effect on the official product launch on November 3rd, 2008.

The company made, what I feel, was a very wise decission based on the quality of our product compared to the competition. We have a much higher quality product and it doesn’t make sense to price it the same as Global Resorts Network. New pricing for the top Diamond package will be $3997 cash or $4998 financed at only $498 down and $100 a month for 45 months.

Mor Vacations has already proven itself to be an innovator and it is continuing with this new pricing plan. Also available will be early payoff discounts if you purchase on the financing terms. To start with, if you decide within the first 30 days after your finance purchase that you’d rather just “pay it off” you can for NO PENALTY. Just send in an additional $3500 payment within the first 30 days and you will be paid in full. There will also be “pay it off” discounts offered throughout the term of the financing plan where you’ll get an offer to take a 20% discount off the balance owed for a full pay off at that point. These are great options for people to get in for less and pay it off sooner.

Another announcement was regarding the 5 year membership alternative to the Diamond, called the Emerald package. The Emerald membership will be price at $1998 and will pay $1000 commissions paid out to Q-Star qualified affiliates. There will be no financing available on the Emerald. It has some restrictions - only 3 weeks per year, 5 year term membership, $249 hot weeks and no guest weeks - but it still is an excellent alternative to Global Resorts and a way to make $1000 commissions on a product that sells for a $1000 less than Global Resorts.

So, here’s how it works… A Diamond package will cost $3997 cash. $3000 will be paid out in commissions. $1000 direct sale commission, $1000 Q-Star qualified commission, and a $1000 roll-up/matching commission. So, if you are not yet a Q-Star (reached after selling just 2 paid in full memberships, 1 of which can be your own) you will receive $1000 and the other $2000 will roll up to two levels - $1000 each. If you are a Q-Star qualified member, you will make $2000 on all of your personal sales and $1000 will roll up. The Emerald works the same way except all of the numbers are halved - three $500 commissions paid out, $500 direct sale commission, $500 Q-Star commission, and a $500 roll-up/matching commission.

Diamond purchases that are financed will be paid as follows: $4998 Total Price - $100 a month for 45 months and $498 down. Commissions will be $100/$100/$100 (using the breakdowns discussed above). Monthly commissions will be $20/$20/$20 (using the breakdowns discussed above). Q-Star Diamond qualified affiliates will earn $200 upon the sale plus $40 a month for a total of $2000. If you’re not a Q-Star, you will make half that much. Roll-up/Matching commissions will be $100 at sale and $20/month.
